We are experts in coordinating weddings at challenging venues and transforming private estates to luxury wedding venues throughout New England. Clients often come to us when planning a wedding at a non-traditional venue or turning their private home into the wedding venue of their dream.
2024 Mother of the Bride
Once you inquire, Elise will personally reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation to learn more about your vision, and determine if the coordination package is the right fit for your needs. If it’s a match, you’ll confirm your date with a seamless online contract and invoice system.
From there, you’ll gain access to your very own personalized planning portal. Use it as much or as little as you’d like. It includes vendor payment reminders, a place to upload contracts, budget tools, custom checklists, a planning calendar, and so much more, all designed to keep you organized without the overwhelm.
About six weeks before your wedding, Elise will schedule your detailed final planning meeting. This in-depth session covers everything from vendor contracts and logistics to a custom wedding day timeline and a setup worksheet tailored for her team to execute flawlessly.
And of course, Elise is never out of reach between booking and the final meeting. If questions pop up along the way (they always do), she’s here to help – because your day matters just as much to her as it does to you.
After your final detail meeting, Elise will personally reach out to each of your vendors to introduce herself as your wedding coordinator and main point of contact.
From that moment on, she takes the reins, so you can relax knowing every moving part is now in expert hands.
You and Elise will stay in close contact to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. She’ll confirm all final payments, offer clear guidance on gratuities, and answer any lingering questions so you’re fully prepared and at ease heading into your celebration.
In the days leading up to the wedding, Elise will be onsite to oversee rental deliveries, run your ceremony rehearsal alongside your officiant, and collect all personal decor and day-of items for seamless setup.
On wedding day, Elise and her team are the first to arrive and the last to leave. They’ll check in with vendors, manage the full setup, and make sure every detail matches your vision. From coordinating vendor arrivals and cueing your ceremony to guiding the flow of the evening -introductions, toasts, dinner, dancing, and even the late-night snacks – Elise will be the steady hand behind the scenes.
Once the celebration winds down, her team ensures the venue is left better than they found it, and all of your personal items are delivered safely to your designated hotel room, house, or suite.
This is the moment your plans become reality, and Elise is here to make sure it all unfolds flawlessly.
