Coordination
Our Wedding Coordination service is ideal for couples who have handled the planning but need expert support to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. We oversee every detail with precision, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your special day.
What’s Included:
- Online Planning Software & Vendor Recommendations: From the moment the contract is signed, you’ll have access to an online planning portal with vendor recommendations, guest list management, budget management, checklists & guidelines.
- Consultation 6 Weeks Before Wedding Day: We’ll sit down with you six weeks before your wedding to learn about all of your plans in detail. From this point forward, we’ll be your vendors and your point of contact, ensuring that all of your hard work comes to fruition exactly as you imagined.
- Day of Coordination: Our team is the first to arrive, and the last to leave. We’ll oversee & assist with all setup & breakdown, manage the timeline and flow of service and take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your day!

That depends on the service you require. Most full planning, design or event management clients begin working with us 12-18 months in advance.
We’ll go anywhere! Most couples hire us for our expertise in New England, but we’ve planned weddings & events all over the world!
Please click on the individual package links to learn more about each package pricing structure. When considering Event Management or Full Planning packages, please know we usually see total wedding & event budgets starting at $900 per guest. This means if you have 100 guests on your guest list (including yourselves!), your total budget typically is around $90k for your wedding day. Wedding weekend events (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch) would be additional.
We have different packages for different needs, but regardless of what you need assistance with, you can lean into our experience planning hundreds (possibly even thousands, but who’s counting…) of weddings & events, so you can relax enjoy the experience & the day.
