At Events by Elise, we take pride working with our Wedding Clients, primarly planning in Maine and New Hampshire. Our Wedding and Event Management Package is our most popular package, and for good reason!
This package is perfect for the couple who knows exactly how you want your wedding to look, and enjoy working with the vendors to make that happen. Or, alternatively, you are working with a professional wedding designer already, who specializes in creating the wedding of your dreams esthetically. We are experts in working with you or your designer in sourcing the best vendors, contract negotiation and budget management to make sure you have the best team at your side and stay within your pre-determined budget.
2025 Wedding Band Management Review
From your very first inquiry, Elise will personally connect with you to schedule a complimentary consultation. During this conversation, and every one that follows, she’ll be taking thoughtful notes to understand your personalities, priorities, and the overall look and feeling you want your wedding to evoke. With this foundation, Elise curates a tailored list of vendors who align seamlessly with your vision, style, and logistical needs.
Once your contract is in place, Elise gets to work recommending the right professionals for your team. If you haven’t established a budget yet, don’t worry, she’ll help you outline one that supports your goals while keeping everything realistic and refined.
Within the Event Management Package, you (or your designer, if you’ve hired one) will collaborate directly with your creative vendors -florists, stationery designers, rental companies, and more, to bring your mood boards and Pinterest dreams to life. Elise remains involved throughout, offering invaluable logistical guidance, vendor communication support, and smart, experience-driven recommendations to keep everything on track and beautifully cohesive.
Elise will oversee every logistical detail to ensure your wedding day not only reflects your vision but runs flawlessly from start to finish. From securing and reviewing vendor contracts with precision to managing timelines and communication, she’ll ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
In the weeks leading up to your celebration and on the day itself, Elise and her trusted team (the size of which is tailored to your venue, layout, and guest count) will be fully hands-on. They’ll be onsite for rental deliveries, the ceremony rehearsal, the first vendor arrival, and they’ll be the very last to leave, ensuring everything is wrapped up and cleared out seamlessly.
Your only job? To soak in every moment. From the time you wake up to the last dance and beyond, you’ll be free to enjoy your day surrounded by the people you love, knowing every behind-the-scenes detail is in the best of hands.
The total package price is based off 10% of your overall wedding day budget. Including, but not limited to venue, catering, beverage, transportation, entertainment, photography, videography, rentals & decor
If you need assistance on your rehearsal dinner or welcome party, this would be included into your overall budget
If you need assistance on your post wedding farewell brunch, this would be included into your overall budget
Planning a wedding is exciting… and also a little like juggling confetti, contracts, creativity, and sixty tiny timelines at once. A planner steps in to take the stress off your shoulders and turn the entire process into something that feels effortless and enjoyable.
We have different packages for different needs, but regardless of what you need assistance with, you can lean into our expertise planning hundreds (possibly even thousands, but who’s counting…) of weddings & events, so you can relax enjoy the experience & the day.
That depends on the service you require. Most full planning, design or event management clients begin working with us 12-18 months in advance.
We’ll go anywhere! Most couples hire us for our expertise in New England, but we’ve planned weddings & events all over the world!
When considering Event Management or Full Planning packages, please know we usually see total wedding & event budgets starting at $900 per guest. This means if you have 100 guests on your guest list (including yourselves!), your total budget typically is around $90k for your wedding day. Wedding weekend events (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch) would be additional.
It’s a fair question, and the answer is all about protecting both you and the integrity of your event.
Larger budgets naturally come with larger productions. A $50,000 wedding and a $150,000 wedding aren’t just different sizes; they’re entirely different levels of coordination, vendor management, and behind-the-scenes logistics. Charging a percentage allows the planning support to scale with the actual scope of the event.
This structure also ensures I can take on fewer clients each season and remain deeply immersed in every wedding I plan. Because I don’t limit the number of hours I devote to my couples, the percentage model makes it possible for me to offer true luxury service – thoughtful, hands-on, and fully tailored to you.
In short: this approach keeps expectations aligned, protects the quality of the experience, and allows me to give your wedding the time and attention it genuinely deserves.
